Project Overview

DokaAI is a dynamic SaaS platform enabling organizations to onboard and manage multiple services like notifications, rewards, and engagement, all tailored to their needs. It simplifies integration with existing systems and offers advanced customization options through its APIs. The platform is designed to support teams across various domains like engineering, business, and marketing by reducing costs and accelerating time-to-market.

Design Process

For this project, I employed the Lean UX method, emphasizing user-centered design while staying agile and collaborative. We focused on creating a MVP that have basic functionality required to start with Dokaai services.

Linking Activities to Stages

The process began with deep-dive sessions to map out the platform's key features—notifications, engagement, and rewards—ensuring these aligned with user needs. I collaborated with product and engineering teams, linking each design iteration to specific goals such as boosting productivity and reducing engineering dependencies.

Color and Typography

For DokaAI’s visual identity, I selected a clean, modern color palette that reinforced trust and professionalism. Primary colors were used sparingly to highlight key actions and notifications, while neutral tones dominated the interface to maintain clarity and focus. The typography followed a minimalistic approach, using a sans-serif typeface for readability and accessibility across various screen sizes.

Design System and Styles

To ensure consistency and scalability, I developed a comprehensive design system for DokaAI. This system standardized components, interaction patterns, and layouts, allowing for efficient collaboration across teams.

Throughout the project, continuous testing and feedback loops ensured the design was efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals. I optimized the final product for usability, ensuring it delivered on the promise of accelerating time-to-market and reducing operational overhead.
